MiLLCenUSA provides administrative management services for the formation and maintenance of limited liability companies (LLCs) in the United States, aimed primarily at individuals and entities not resident in the US.

Any decisions made by the user based on such information are the user's sole responsibility. Data we collect: information provided through the contact form (name, email, country, project description) and, where applicable, the data necessary to provide the contracted services (copy of passport, LLC details, etc.).
Purposes:
Recipients: data may be disclosed to the competent US authorities (IRS, New Mexico Secretary of State) when necessary to provide the service, as well as to providers that assist us (hosting, email) under appropriate data processing agreements. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
International transfers: as Vitae 88 LLC is a US company, your data may be processed in the United States. Where applicable, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework will be applied.
Retention: inquiry data is kept for up to 12 months; client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the limitation periods required by tax and commercial law.
